Missions

Faith Baptist supports several missionaries as they work to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ both at home and in distant places. In Matthew 28, Jesus told his disciples "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age." We take this mission to heart, and while we work to spread the Gospel here in Harney county, we also support those who God has given the task of sharing the Gospel over seas.

The Great Commission tells us to go into all the earth and preach the gospel. Moreover, we  believe that disciples ought to live their life on mission. Given this, mission takes place not only in the local context but to the extending counties , state, country, and  into all the world.
